Shipping policy

Welcome to FunstockUS — your home for HyperMegaTech! and Evercade consoles, cartridges, accessories, and exclusive limited releases.  This policy outlines how we process, ship, and support orders placed through the FunstockUS store.

Order Processing

All orders ship from our US warehouse.

  • In-stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days
  • During high-demand periods (major launches, limited editions, holidays), processing may take an additional 3-7 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Orders & Limited Editions

Release dates or estimated shipping date are listed on each product page.

Pre-orders ship once inventory arrives at our US warehouse and is ready for dispatch.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are available.  To receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Due to the nature of collector and limited-edition products, quantities may be strictly limited and restocks are not guaranteed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are transmitted directly to our warehouse for fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed.

Before completing checkout, please confirm:

  • Correct product selection
  • Correct cartridge/console variant
  • Accurate shipping address (including apartment or suite number)

Address Corrections

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address using the Help question mark icon on the bottom right side of our website. 

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will attempt to update it.
  • If tracking has already been issued, the shipment cannot be rerouted.

Orders delivered to the address provided at checkout cannot be refunded or replaced. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address:

  • Store credit will be issued for the merchandise total only
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (United States Only)

FunstockUS ships within the United States only.  Orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). The carrier is selected automatically based on location and shipment details.

Estimated delivery time after shipment: United States: 4–10 business days

We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping. For time-sensitive purchases (gifts, conventions, events), we recommend ordering early and selecting in-stock items.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. FunstockUS is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout
  • Carrier delays or routing errors
  • Packages marked “Delivered” but not received
  • Minor cosmetic wear to outer packaging during transit

If tracking shows no movement for 15 full business days, please contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation. Carrier investigations may take up to 30 business days. During this time, orders remain in active transit status and are not eligible for refund, replacement, or chargeback.

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the carrier, courtesy store credit may be issued at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 

Product Condition & Cosmetic Damage Policy

Many of the products we sell — including Evercade cartridges, consoles, hardware, bundles, and limited editions — are collectible releases. We understand that condition matters to many customers. However, minor cosmetic imperfections to outer packaging may occur during manufacturing, handling, warehousing, or transit.

As certain factors during manufacturing, handling, and transit are outside of our control, the following do not qualify for exchange or replacement:

  • Light shrink-wrap tears
  • Small corner dents
  • Minor edge compression
  • Surface marks or slight scuffs on outer boxes
  • Warehouse barcode, ID, or price labels applied to outer shrink-wrap
  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect product functionality

Our products are distributed to be opened and played. Customers purchasing for grading or resale acknowledge that mint-condition packaging or flawless shrink-wrap is not guaranteed, and cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for refund, exchange, or replacement under our Final Sale Policy.

Functional Defects

We will arrange a replacement only if:

  • A cartridge does not function properly
  • A console or hardware item is defective
  • There is a verified manufacturing fault

Customers must provide photo and/or video evidence for review.

Final Sale Policy

All products sold on FunstockUS are sold under our Final Sale Policy.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be provided for the following:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality (e.g., minor dents, scuffs, creases, or shrink-wrap wear)
  • Damage to outer packaging where the product itself remains intact and functional
  • Carrier-related damage, loss, delay, or non-delivery when Shipping Protection was not purchased
  • Packages lost, misrouted, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling, improper use, or accidents
  • Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer
  • Orders placed without the account holder’s authorization (e.g., a minor placing an order)

Only verified functional defects — such as a non-working cartridge or hardware fault — qualify for replacement consideration in accordance with our Product Condition & Cosmetic Damage Policy.

Optional Shipping Protection

Shipping Protection may be added at checkout for additional peace of mind to cover lost or stolen package claims.  If you selected the shipping method Protected Insured Mail at checkout:

  • A reshipment will be sent for the same item only
  • If the original item is unavailable, store credit will be issued
  • Refunds are not available
  • Reshipping fees are not covered
  • Non delivery due to customer's address errors are not covered

Account & Order Policy

At FunstockUS, we’re committed to providing a positive and fair experience for all customers. In rare circumstances, we may need to take action to protect our customers, partners, and team. This may include:

  • Refusing service and closing accounts
  • Cancelling orders
  • Limiting purchase quantities

These steps may be taken in situations involving policy abuse, repeated disputes outside of our stated guidelines, chargebacks filed before allowing us the opportunity to resolve an issue, or inappropriate conduct toward our customer care team.

We always aim to resolve concerns directly and fairly. Any account-related decisions are made carefully and in accordance with our store policies.

Where We Ship

FunstockUS currently ships within the United States only. Funstock operates additional regional stores in the UK and EU to serve those markets locally. Orders placed on FunstockUS ship exclusively from our US warehouse.
