Do all Evercade carts sold at FunstockUSA have PEGI logos?
Yes — our Evercade cartridges come in their original packaging, which includes PEGI logos.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Orders are transmitted directly to our warehouse for fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. However, if you contact us immediately, we will do our best to submit a request before your order is processed, though changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
* Pre-orders can't be canceled after 3 business days from the order date.
If you need assistance, please open a customer service ticket by clicking the question mark icon at the bottom right of the page to contact us. We typically respond within 1–3 business days.
Can you part ship orders and pre-orders?
All of our new products are available to pre-order ahead of release. We take payment for pre-orders so that we can reserve the stock in advance. All of our pre-orders have release dates and are not affiliated to crowd funding in any way. You’ll receive the tracking information for your pre-order closer to the release date.

Unfortunately, we are unable to part ship orders/pre-orders. We would always recommend placing separate orders for pre-orders so that you do not need to wait.
How can I track my order?
All tracking is emailed to customers. Please check your email inbox and all folders to see if you have received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with the tracking details. If you have not received this, please contact our customer service team for an update on your order.
Do you ship internationally?
FunstockUSA currently ships to the U.S. only, and all orders placed on FunstockUSA.com ship from our U.S. warehouse. UK, EU, and other international customers can order through our UK store.
Are you an official Evercade retailer?
Yes! We are an official retailer for Evercade and HyperMegaTech! Products. We’re the only place where you’ll be able to get Limited Edition releases, and exclusive Evercade merchandise and accessories. Explore our site to find out more!
How can I change my Shipping Address?
Contact us as soon as possible by opening a support ticket using the “?” help icon in the bottom-right corner of our site.
Please include your order number and your full correct shipping address in the same ticket. We will do our best to request an address change with our fulfillment center.
Please note that, in some cases, an order may have already shipped. If that happens, the customer is responsible for retrieving the package from the address entered at checkout.
