FunstockUS specializes in limited-run hardware, collector editions, and exclusive Evercade products. Because many of our items are produced in specialty batches or limited quantities, we operate under a strict final sale policy.
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through FunstockUS are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, compatibility details, and specifications before placing an order — especially for consoles, cartridges, accessories, bundles, and apparel.
Returns & Refunds Are Not Available For:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality (e.g., small box dents, shrink-wrap creases, light scuffs)
- Packaging damage when the product itself remains intact
- Carrier-related damage, delays, or loss if "Protected Insured Mail" shipping method was not selected at checkout
- Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery
- Compatibility issues due to failure to review product specifications
- Incorrect item or size selected by the customer
- Orders placed without the account holder’s authorization
Limited Releases & Restocks
Most FunstockUS products are produced in limited runs. While certain items may be restocked based on demand, restocks are not guaranteed and may include minor updates to packaging or materials.
We sincerely appreciate your support of FunstockUS and the Evercade community. Your enthusiasm allows us to continue offering exclusive hardware and collector-focused releases.

Please ensure your billing information is accurate before submitting your order. If using a prepaid card, confirm sufficient funds are available. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or cash.
Payment Timing
Full payment is required at checkout for all orders, including pre-orders. We do not currently offer installment plans or “buy now, pay later” services.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase to reserve your item.
Estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page. Most pre-order items ship within approximately 3–5 months, depending on production timelines.
In rare cases where production requires additional time, some pre-orders may ship within 5–8 months. If this occurs, the product page will be updated to reflect the revised estimated shipping date. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
Orders containing only in-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days. To prevent shipping delays, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are transmitted directly to our fulfillment center once placed. As a result, orders cannot be modified or canceled, including pre-orders.
Please review your order details carefully before completing checkout.
If you need to request a shipping address correction, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will attempt to assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, please contact your financial institution. Payment failures may result from insufficient funds, billing mismatches, or bank security restrictions.
Authorization Holds
If you see what appears to be a duplicate charge, it is likely a temporary authorization hold from your bank. FunstockUS processes only one charge per order. Holds typically resolve within several business days.
Fraud Review
For security purposes, all orders are subject to review prior to fulfillment. We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or hold orders that are flagged as high-risk or associated with prior payment disputes. If an order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded promptly.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied to orders shipped within California in accordance with state and local regulations. We do not collect sales tax on online orders shipped outside of California, except where required by law.
