All tracking is emailed to customers. Please check your email inbox and all folders to see if you have received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched with the tracking details. If you have not received this, please contact our customer service team for an update on your order.

Orders are transmitted directly to our warehouse for fulfillment. For this reason, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed. However, if you contact us immediately, we will do our best to submit a request before your order is processed, though changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

All of our new products are available to pre-order ahead of release. We take payment for pre-orders so that we can reserve the stock in advance. All of our pre-orders have release dates and are not affiliated to crowd funding in any way. You’ll receive the tracking information for your pre-order closer to the release date.
